Baby Booties

I finally broke into my Special Delivery Girl collection.  I have held off because my daughter is pregnant and I want to save all of the Special Delivery I have until we know what she is going to have!  We still don't know, but I just had to create a baby girl card since the paper is so pretty!  I used my Silhouette to cut out the shoes and I also layered a scallop border that I punched out of vellum.
